1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NextHives (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho/United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

SaaS Agreement for NextHives

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • We aim for 99% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.

  • Support inquiries will be responded to within [X hours/days]

Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

2. Service Downtime Refunds

  • If uptime falls below 99% in a given month, users may request a partial credit

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle

    to avoid charges.
